Brno Artists in Residence Open Call 2022 Results

The international Brno Artists in Residence open call took place from 25 May to 30 September 2022. Its aim was to select a new participant for the upcoming year 2023. Due to the large number of applications (505 in total), the announcement of the results was postponed from the end of August to the end of September and the number of places was increased to three. Those selected were:

The results of the open call were decided by a jury consisting of the curatorial and production team of Brno Artists in Residence - Jan Langer, Šimon Kadlčák and Anita Topinková - and the curator of Vasulka Kitchen Brno, Lenka Dolanová. The next open call will be announced in June 2023.

In addition to the three residents selected in the open call, the cast of the 2023 residency programme consists of another seven participants, four of whom were approached directly and three selected in cooperation with the project partners.
