A Sunday workshop for children and their (grand) parents on the occasion of the exhibition of Jan Steklík. Cut-out sheets, monochrome colouring books, collages from plasters, paper care, drawing a game of chess, imprints of ordinary things … They are all waiting for you! You will become acquainted with the work of Jan Steklík, an important figure of Czech fine art culture of the second half of the twentieth century. Through activities adopted directly from the artist or activities inspired by him we will take a look at the principles of Steklík’s work, which incorporates elements of a game, randomness, humour, with the poetics of the everyday, as well as destruction or environmental care.
